Medical massage and FocusFlow sessions are offered by appointment.

Medical massage services may require a referral, authorization, or other documentation depending on the payer and treatment plan.

VA process

  1. Speak with your VA PCP or treating provider.
  2. Discuss whether therapeutic massage is appropriate for your condition.
  3. Obtain the appropriate referral, order, or authorization if required.
  4. Coordinate required documentation with Transcending Touch Therapy.
  5. Schedule once applicable requirements are satisfied.

Insurance process

  1. Confirm benefits with your insurance payer.
  2. Determine whether a referral is required.
  3. Determine whether prior authorization is required.
  4. Obtain required documentation.
  5. Provide required information to Transcending Touch Therapy.
  6. Schedule once applicable requirements are satisfied.

Payment

Transcending Touch Therapy currently accepts private payment for medical massage services. We are building toward serving veterans through VA Community Care. If you are unsure whether your care is covered, reach out and we will talk through your options.

Referring providers

If you are a physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, or other provider, we welcome a conversation about referrals, coordination of care, and scope of practice.
