Therapeutic Massage
Hands-on therapeutic work, offered by appointment. Individual results vary, and sessions do not promise specific outcomes.
FocusFlow 30
A targeted therapeutic massage session designed for focused work on areas of tension and restriction.
Best for: a single area that needs attention, a flare-up, or upkeep between longer sessions.
FocusFlow 60
60 minutes of therapeutic massage designed to calm chronic tension and address areas of tightness, knots, and adhesions. Myofascial techniques may be incorporated when appropriate.
Best for: recurring tension, areas of tightness, and anyone who needs more than a quick visit.
FocusFlow 90
A longer full-body reset for clients who need comprehensive therapeutic work but do not have the schedule for multiple shorter visits.
Best for: widespread tension, a full-body reset, or a tight schedule that rules out multiple visits.
Medical Massage
Therapeutic massage may be provided in coordination with a medical treatment plan when appropriate. Medical massage is focused bodywork delivered with a purpose, and it can be one part of a broader care plan. Your primary care provider or treating provider can help you decide whether it fits your care.
How it works
- Referral or self-referral. Some clients come through a provider, and others seek care directly.
- Intake and assessment. We talk through your history, concerns, and goals.
- A plan built for you. Technique, pressure, positioning, and pacing are adapted to you.
- Coordination when appropriate. With your permission, we can communicate with your care team.
Who it may suit
- Persistent muscular tension
- Mobility and flexibility concerns
- Recovery, as part of a plan set with your provider
- The physical demands of work, training, or caregiving
- Veterans and insurance clients (see VA + Insurance)
